Processing

After receiving an order, items will be prepared for shipment. This process can include undergoing quality control, packaging and arranging courier service. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days, but please note that processing time can be affected by the size of an order, stock availability, the time of the year, and national holidays. Custom orders can take 2-8 weeks depending on the complexity.  We do our best to process items as quickly as possible. *Processing time is not included in the shipping time. 

Shipping

All orders are sent with a tracking number. Please note, it can take several days for a tracking number to become active in a courier's system. If no information is found, please try again later.
